What if the item I received is damaged?

If you received an item that is missing or defective, please contact us right away at contact@rossinails.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof, a picture of the damaged items (max 1MB image size). We will do our best to resolve as quickly as possible.
