Most of our orders are processed within 2 business days and in some cases it may take up to 6 days.
Once our warehouse team is packing your order and create a tracking number for it you will receive a confirmation email with your newly issued tracking number.
After this, we send the package to our local USPS facility partner. Depending on your location and some other factors it will take between 1 and 5 days until you see the first update on the tracking number.
Important notice:Orders with "Info received", "USPS Awaiting Package" and "Pre-shipment" status has been already processed by our warehouse and has been handed to our fulfilment partner.
They will be scheduled for delivery soon. You may notice that there is no update for several days, in some cases may last up to 7 days. Please wait patiently and do not contact our support team for these specific situations. Your package is on its way!
