There are missing product(s) in my order. What should I do?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at contact@rossinails.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof , a picture of the incorrect items will suffice (max 1MB image size). We will be more than happy to reship the correct items with no extra cost and we will not ask for you to return the item that was wrongly sent! You may keep it as a gift from us.
